Remote Service Pricing [$175 Price Cap]

$45 Initial setup fee and diagnosis, then...

$1.00 per minute for every minute up to (2) two hours and .50 cents per minute thereafter.

*If the Wizardcomputer.net representative does not solve your problem remotely, all of the minutes used become FREE (this does not include the Initial setup and diagnosis). If you choose to have our representative out on-site to solve the problem we could not solve remotely, your Initial Setup fee is also waived and your remote service call becomes %100 totally FREE!

On-Site Pricing

Onsite diagnostics fee --- $40

[Assessed to all customers. After which we will be able to tell you exactly what service will be needed. If the issue is a quick fix and can be resolved in the first 20 minutes, this is the only fee.]

**Shopper’s fee --- $15.00

Have a representative shop for your necessary hardware or software before doing the job. (All purchases agreed to in writing in advance.)

Virus and spyware removal --- $45 - $99 (depending on infection levels)

Quick system Tune-up --- $25

[Speed your pc up with a quick system tune-up]

Software installation --- $25

[Any (1) one piece of software installed]

Software installation x(2) --- $45

[Any (2) pieces of software installed]

**Motherboard installation --- $50

[Installation of a Motherboard]

**Hardware installation --- $20

[Installation of any (1) one piece of hardware excluding a Motherboard]

Operating system repair or reinstall to factory state--- $50

[OS repair from a dysfunctional or non-bootable state]

Data backup --- $40 for 1^st DVD of backup data. $25 each additional DVD

[Backup to 4GB DVD media]

Data recovery --- $175

[Recovery of any lost data or data from a bad/dysfunctional hard drive]

Data recovery attempt --- $45

[Necessary service charge for an unsuccessful attempt at recovering lost data]

Network configuration --- $25

[Configuration of an already existing network in order to make it function properly again]

**Miscellaneous --- prices to be determined at time of service request

[Any non-categorized service request preformed (this is a per-service assessment)]

**Prices do not include shipping and parts. Parts & shipping must be additionally assessed.
